Consultation time & date will be scheduled & informed to patient on a whatsapp message.
Payment Details
Payment details will be shared (QR code/ Bank details).
Bill Soft Copy
Soft copy of Bill, receipts are shared after payment.
Sharing Medical reports
Patient have to share Medical Reports & identification details on a email or whatsApp. (Medical reports to doctors mail id, Adhar Card or Passport soft copy).
Case Paper Registration
Case paper registration process will be done 5 mins before consultation.
Sharing Online platform link
Consultation can be, Online whatsapp video call or meeting platform like Zoom/Google meet. The patient will receive a morning reminder and a call 30 minutes before their appointment.
Call for time of consultation.
A Call from reception to the patient will be done at given time of consultation connecting with the doctor.

After a detailed consultation patient will be provided all prescriptions soft copies and guidelines for the further course of treatment.
