• The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tapasya Health & Wellness.
• By using our website or availing any of our services, you agree to the Terms outlined below.

3. Health Disclaimer

• The content and services on this website are not intended to replace medical advice.

• Our Ayurvedic treatments are customized and must be followed under expert supervision for optimum results.

4. Bookings & Payments

• 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm your booking for treatments, retreats, or consultations at Tapasya.
• The remaining 50% is payable on arrival at the center before commencement of services.
• Appointments and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

• All services once booked are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• However, in the case of a genuine situation or change in plans, booked services can be transferred to an immediate family member or friend after prior intimation and approval.
• Transferred services must be utilized within the same financial year (April–March).
• If any person chooses to stop the treatment without the doctor’s advice, or voluntarily decides to leave the center, the responsibility lies solely with the patient/person. No refund or adjustment will be applicable in such cases.

6. Online Consultation

• Online consultations are provided as per the time slots booked in advance.
• Once an online consultation is booked and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance via our official communication channels.
• Our team may take a follow-up for better monitoring, but the responsibility of implementation lies with the patient.

7. Retreat Registration

• Retreats offered by Tapasya are customized and limited in capacity.
• Full participation and punctuality are expected during all retreat activities.
• If a participant misses any session or leaves the retreat midway, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• Retreats once booked cannot be cancelled, but may be transferred to a family member or friend with prior notice and approval.
• Transfers must be utilized within the same financial year.

8. Privacy Policy

• All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we ensure confidentiality of personal and health information.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website including text, design, images, videos, and logos is the intellectual property of Tapasya Health & Wellness and may not be reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Tapasya Health & Wellness shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, inconvenience, or harm arising from your use of the website or availing of our services.

11. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to review the terms periodically.
